At first, Mackinaws Grill & Spirits was just an idea we talked about whenever we stayed in log cabins during our annual family ski trips to the Colorado Rockies. That conversation became a reality in 2002 when we made the decision to harvest the mighty Norway Spruce Pines planted by my father and grandfather on Green Bay’s West Side. In fact, every part of the restaurant has ties to family and community. We are proud to offer comfort food, craft beer, select bourbon, and high-end spirits in a casual, rustic, welcoming environment.
