The following menus have stood the test of time & the approval of countless Mackinaws customers. However, if our listed menus aren’t exactly what you’re looking for, please inquire as to other options to customize your event.
The following banquet choices are offered when guest numbers exceed 20. The warm, cozy confines of the rooms combine a stone fireplace, cathedral ceiling and pine furnishings with a fulI service bar. The Outpost is on the ground floor and can be reached with a separate entry. Seating is limited to 50. The Loft is accessible by stairs only and overlooks the restaurant. Seating is limited to 100. Accurate numbers of each item are required three days prior to the event . All items (with the exception of the Sports Menu) are served with a side salad with our house dressing, baked potato, vegetable, dinner rolls, and coffee. There is a $40.00 room charge for Sundays and weeknights and a $75.00 room charge for Friday and Saturday nights.

Grilled Salmon
An 8oz. West coast salmon filet lightly seasoned grilled and served with dill sauce and lemon.
Saltimbocca Chicken
An 8 oz chickenbreast stuffed with prosciutto ham, sage, rosemary and garlic with parmesan cheese.
Grilled Salmon and Saltimbocca Chicken enfees are $18.99* plus tax and tip. Our Certified AngusTenderloin is $22.99*. |

An 8oz. filet of Certified Angus Beef top sirloin, seasoned and char-grilled to perfection.
Baked lcelandic Cod
A 10 oz steamed cod filet seasoned with lemon pepper butter, sliced lemon and our special tartar sauce.
Chicken Kiev
A 6 oz.lightly breaded and baked chicken breast filled with, parsley, butter and chives.

Grilled Sea Bass over Rice Pilaf
Starting with a 5-6 oz sea bass, we rub with a mix of lemon pepper, sea salt, paprika, a hint of garlic & onion. After the bass is seasoned, it’s topped with garlic, & parsley & grilled to perfection. We drizzle olive oil over the top and serve on a bed of rice pilaf. 13.99

Tender pieces of Oven baked chicken breasts seasoned & paired with baby back ribs that we bake & smother in our own special BBQ sauce.
