Q. Is Mackinaws smoke free?
A. All our dining areas are smoke free (Loft, both wings and Outpost Room). The cabin serves food as well and does allow smoking but it’s extremely well ventilated. There is also a smoke free bar in the 2nd floor loft that’s open Friday and Saturday nights.
Q. How are private parties booked?
A. Call the office at Mackinaws at @ 920-406-8000 & ask for information for the date/time you desire. Menu options that are detailed on the Web site can be explained in m ore detail as well.
Q. Can reservations be made via E-mail?
A. No. Although we love our computers, there are simply too many variables (availability, stairs, time, etc.) that need to be answered. Simply call at 406-8000 anytime.
Q. Is Mackinaws wheel-chair accessible?
A. Yes. We offer an easy front drop off and level entry. It’s beneficial to call ahead as ground floor tables can be taken at peak times.
Q. Are the same menus and seating available on the 2nd floor as on the 1st floor?
A. Yes. The differences though are smoking in the Cabin Bar on the (1st) and stairs leading to the 2nd floor (with tables & a smoke free bar).
Q. What are the price ranges at Mackinaws?
A. We range from 6.95 for burgers and fries to a bone in Rib Eye steak for24.95. Check under MENU for a full list but there’s lots in between.
Q. Do we need reservations?
A. No. However, groups of 5 or more or those with special needs should call ahead, especially on the busier nights (Friday and Saturday).
Q. How can I purchase gift certificates?
A. Simply stop in at Mackinaws and either the front hostess or bartender will issue you the certificate with a Mackinaws logo envelope and sample menu. Any amount is available. You can also call our office at 406-8000 and have them sent anywhere by us using your credit card.
Q. Do you have an ATM?
A. Yes. It’s conveniently located in our front lobby.
Q. Explain your Rewards Card.
A. Simply fill out a form at the table including your name and e-mail address. That’s it! Your card is issued immediately and we accrue your “points (every dollar equals one point). Accumulate 250 “points” and receive a 10.00 gift certificate! Coupons and “specials” info are e-mailed every 2 months so you won’t be bothered and your address is secure!
Q. What are your hours?
A. Monday – Saturday 11:00 AM till 1:00 AM Serving food till 10:00 PM. Sunday 9:00 AM (brunch till 2:00 PM) Serving food till 9:00 PM. Cabin Bar is always open “late” especially Wednesday – Saturday when bar time prevails (2:30).
A. We have Karaoke every Wednesday night from 8:00 pm untill 1:00 am. Our Karaoke hosts some of the best singers in the area and is led by Debbie of Toast and Jam. With over 8,000 songs on the playlist you're sure to find a fit. Come early to get in rotation, as Mackinaws is a hot spot for Karaoke.
A. We showcase our live music every Friday and Saturday night in our Cabin Bar from 7:30 to 11:00. Some of our staple acts include Triple Play, Chartier and Norton, Rob Anthony, Cookee, and Dewey Rockem and Howe. Genres range from the Americana Folk Rock to Acoustic Southern Jams.
